| In what kind of investments does ALTIN invest? |

Altin Ltd. invests the company's assets in a limited number of alternative investment funds. The fund managers are selected on the basis of their sound backgrounds, a solid organisation, the potential to deliver continuous superiors returns and their compliance with the qualitative and quantitative criteria set by the Investment Manager.

| How does ALTIN select fund managers? |

The Investment Manager will allocate Altin (Cayman) Ltd. assets to a limited number of funds and/or managed accounts subject to the investment restrictions set in the Investment Guidelines. Both qualitative judgement and quantitative techniques are applied in the selection process. The Investment Manager reviews investments on a regular basis and makes adjustments to the allocation when necessary. It continually monitors its selected funds and/or managed accounts and maintains an ongoing process of review of potential new candidates for investment.

| Does ALTIN use leverage? |

ALTIN is permitted to borrow up to 50% of its capital, both fro structural purposes (up to 30%) and for bridge financing purposes (up to 20%).
Furthermore, the Fund Managers with whom ALTIN invests have the flexibility to use a broad range of financial instruments and may borrow against assets allocated to their funds.
